The mother, who was initially pulled from the debris with critical injuries, later succumbed to her wounds, marking a complete loss for the family.

The attack is part of a broader pattern of escalation in the besieged enclave. On Friday evening, separate air raids targeted a tent encampment housing displaced families in the al-Mawasi region of Khan Younis, resulting in at least five additional injuries. Simultaneously, residents in southern coastal areas reported intense gunfire emanating from Israeli naval vessels patrolling the shoreline.
